Pilates is an effective and functional core based training using technique to correct imbalances of your body posture. It incorporates slow and measured movements in order to create lean and stronger muscles around your torso. Improving body posture, flexibility and preventing injury.

Body Con is a total body workout.
We don't just work the big muscle we work all the small support ones as well. increasing your strength to create a leaner more toned you, The moves are functional so we work in all planes of movement to help prevent injury in everyday life And we also include cardio however the moves are such that if don’t want to jump you don’t have to get your heart rate up.
Who is Bodycon for?
Everyone it’s your workout so it’s your rep count and and you chose the weight the level or the resistance. What do you need. Resistance bands and hand weights or kettles as this is an online class we try to minimise equipment and there are always options !

Barre is a sequence of standing moves utilising a chair/ bar to aid balance and is designed to strengthen muscles and tone by working to overload. It activities deep core muscles by challenging your balance and is completely pelvic floor friendly!! Who is it for?! This class is for everyone men and woman. And because you work to your own level it is for all fitness levels. What do you need ? A small space and a chair!!
