Pilates

Pilates is an effective and functional core based training using technique to correct  imbalances of your body posture. It incorporates slow and measured movements in order to create lean and stronger muscles around your torso.  Improving body posture, flexibility and preventing injury.

Absolute 

10 min classes that focus on one body part.  Can either be done as stand alone or stackable for a full body workout.  Don't be fooled by the time and think they will easy!

Kettles

A function cardio and weighted classes using a Kettlebell for a total body workout.

This class will get you fit quick!

Accumulator

The Accumulator takes one simply movement each round and keeps adding.10-20 mins long

HIIT

This is a popular trend in the fitness world today. Whether it’s losing weight or trimming and toning, my program will improve your health and have you feeling great. You’ll see an improvement in your performance in no time.

Flex and Flow

A fab class to promote movement linking stretching together to produce a complete body flow.

BARRE Pilates

Barre is a sequence of standing moves utilising a chair/ bar to aid balance and is designed to strengthen muscles and tone by working to overload. It activities deep core muscles by challenging your balance and is completely pelvic floor friendly!! Who is it for?! This class is for everyone men and woman. And because you work to your own level it is for all fitness levels. What do you need ? A small space and a chair!!

Body Con

We don't just work the big muscle we work all the small support ones as well. increasing your strength to create a leaner more toned you, The moves are functional so we work in all planes of movement to help prevent injury in everyday life And we also include cardio however the moves are such that if don’t want to jump you don’t have to get your heart rate up.

Stretch and Tone

A mixture of deep stretching and weighted movements for the total body toning experience!
