Day 1 done! Really enjoying it, love the pep talk - I listen in the morning then sets me up for the day. Food choices aren't that far from what I eat, but I've just been having massive portions & snacking. My fitness pal is helping me think about everything I eat even more. 
Working out my TDEE & using the app was a revelation! It really made me think about how much extra I had been eating. I just used it for a couple of days & could see where I had been going wrong - snacking was the main issue! The meal planners & shopping list have made life so much easier, really simple idea but helps massively
Feeling great after 1 week; the exercises are the perfect length & having a different one every day means you don't get bored! I'm really thinking about what I eat, now I know what I actually need.
